1 cup mashed sweet potato
1/2 c honey
1.4 c coconut oil
1 t vanilla
1/2 c coconut flour
1/3 c cocoa powder
1/4 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1/2 c daily free dark chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 350.
Lightly grease 9x9 glass pan with coconut oil.
Mix well the sweet potato, eggs, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla.
Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and chips.
Mix gently til combined.
Pour into greased pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Brownies are done when yo can insert a knife and it comes out clean.
