1 c quinoa
1 c of desired fruit (blueberries, strawberries, mango, any fruit is delicious)
¼ c raw honey or stevia
Juice of 1 lime
¼ c basil, finely shredded, optional
Cook quinoa and let cool a little bit.
Mix the honey or stevia and lime in a small bowl and set aside.
Mix quinoa and fruit in a large bowl and mix well.
Mix in lime mixture.
