¼ c honey
4 t finely chopped pecans
1 T coconut aminos
4 6 oz wild caught salmon filets
¼ t salt
¼ t black pepper
Preheat oven to 425.
Combine first three ingredients in a large Ziploc.
Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper and add to bag.
Marinate in frig for at least 15 minutes, all day if you can.
Remove fish from bag and reserve marinade.
Place fish on parchment paper and pour marinade on top.
Bake 15 minutes or until fish easily flakes with fork.
