Why are amino acids necessary for workout recovery?
4 cups of watermelon (take out black seeds)
¾ c lime juice
2 drops of Young Living Vitality lime essential oil (optional but adds a lot!)
Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.
Add stevia until sweetened for your taste.
Serve over ice or keep in refrigerator.
1 large ripe, juicy orange
1 T hemp seed
1 T powdered coconut or coconut flakes
1 d of vanilla
½-1 t orange zest
1-2 drops Young Living vitality citrus essential oil
1 c almond milk
Blend all ingredients except essential oil.
Once smooth add essential oil.
Blend on very low for a few seconds.
Can add ice to make it colder or serve over ice.
1 t sea salt
1 T fresh rosemary leaves
1-2 inch strip of orange peel, cut into very thin matchsticks
2 drops Young Living rosemary vitality essential oil
4 drops Young Living orange vitality essential oil
1 T fresh squeezed orange juice
1 t olive oil
½ t raw honey or stevia
pinch of black pepper
6 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise and again into quarters
2 t olive oil
Make the salt by mixing together the dry ingredients. Grind with mortar and pestle if you have one.
Work the oils in to the mixture until well combined. Set aside.
Make the dressing by combining all the ingredients into a small bowl and mixing well. Set aside.
Make the zucchini by preheating the grill to medium heat.
Toss zucchini in olive oil.
Place on grill and cook on both sides until tender (about 2-3 minutes each side).
Place on platter and toss with dressing.
Sprinkle generously with the salt. Serve warm or at room temperature.
2 cups sundried tomatoes
2-3 cups Roma tomatoes
1/3 c fresh basil
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
sea salt to taste
can also add fresh oregano, thyme or any other seasoning
Works very well with Young Living vitality oils.
Blend everything but sundried tomatoes in a blender or food processor.
Gradually add the sundried tomatoes until a thick smooth paste is formed.
Add more tomatoes or a little water til you get desired consistency.
Serve over zucchini noodles!
2 large avocadoes, pitted and mashed
½ c finely chopped cucumber
1/8-1/4 c finely chopped red onion
¼ c cilantro (optional)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lime, juiced
5-7 drops Young Living lime vitality essential oil (optional but adds a great lime flavor)
1 T olive oil
Mix everything together and serve with chips.
Makes about 2-3 cups, depending on size of avocadoes.

1 shallot, minced
2-3 drops Young Living lime vitality essential oil
3-4 drops Young Living tangerine vitality essential oil
2-3 drops Young Living lemon vitality essential oil
1-2 t stevia drops
Mix well, pour over green salad.
